One of Hamilton Islands premier residences designed by the renowned Tradewinds that required updating.

Requiring a ‘makeover’ to take full advantage of it's perfect bush surroundings and panoramic sea views. The Island provided a perfect backdrop to create a haven that a residence of this magnitude deserved.  Our brief was to provide an indoor/outdoor space that enhanced the features of the interior and exterior of the house.

The brief was to create an interior that spatially expanded and lightened the townhouses to provide a blank canvas for their sale.  For the interior finishes a neutral color pallet was chosen which complimented the commercial grade finishes.  All interior and exterior components were created by Swinging Monkey.

This project comprised of a new addition to an existing single storey, freestanding Californian Bungalow house.

In contrast to the compartmentalized rooms of the existing house the new extension created the space of a new kitchen/living room, bathroom and an isolated illuminated pod room. The finishes were high end and features such as the glass bath hob were innovative, functional and visually effective.
